Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise
is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All
claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.
Items may be returned within 21 calendar days of purchase if they are
UNUSED (meaning no soil, or residue of any kind, and in like new condition)
and will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
Non-Returnable items are:
· Sleeping bags
· Air beds
· Sleeping Mats
All returnable items must be accompanied by the following:
· Original packing
· Printed instructions
· Warranty paperwork, and copy of sales invoice
Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are NOT refundable

We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska, and Hawaii using UPS shipping. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow processing time for your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Order processing is estimated in "full business days" NOT counting the day the order was placed.
Please note that business days are Monday - Friday, Excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method selected during checkout, and the location of your shipping address.
If your shipping option is 3 Day Select, it takes three business days to reach the destination AFTER it leaves the warehouse. (Not counting the day it was shipped)
If it leaves the warehouse on Monday, it would arrive to it's destination by end of day Thursday. (UPS Ground of course would be longer)
If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or phone to let you know how long your order will likely be delayed. At that time, We'll be sure to offer you the choice of selecting an alternate item, canceling the back-ordered item or waiting for the back-ordered item to arrive. You will not incur any additional shipping charges if your purchase must be sent in multiple shipments.
Please allow seven to ten business days for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for carrier delays, transit damage, lost goods.
